So that everyone feels good here

A few simple rules that keep classes at S.culture safe, calm and pleasant for everyone.

Booking
- Reserve your spot via Fitssey or by messaging us on Instagram.
- Cancellation or rescheduling: group classes at least 8 hours in advance, private sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
- Later cancellations are not refunded.

Memberships
- A membership is valid for all group classes at the studio.
- Activation within 2 weeks of purchase. Validity starts on the day of your first visit.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by their owner.
- Memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
- Payments for memberships and entries are non-refundable.

Safety & health
- If you have health limitations, pain or injuries, tell your coach before class.
- For safety reasons, you cannot join a class more than 10 minutes late.
- We can adapt the session to your abilities and needs.

Comfort during class
- We recommend comfortable sportswear and clean socks.
- Tie your hair for safety and hygiene.
- Avoid strong perfume before class.
- Remove jewellery to prevent injury.

Children & pets
- Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please keep them in a carrier during your visit.
- As the studio has no separate waiting area, we ask that children stay in the changing room during class and don't disturb the session.
